Beskrivelse
This is a washed coffee from the Atsabe area in Ermera, East Timor. The coffee is lightly roasted and has flavor notes of lime, milk chocolate and Brazil nut. The coffee has a cup score of 85 – 87.
This was roasted at the end of October 2023, but has been in storage at a café since then. We are selling it at a discounted price, but we still think it is very good!
This coffee is imported in collaboration with the non-profit organization Raw Material. In Trondheim we work with Jacobsen & Svart to roast the coffee beans. When you buy a pack of coffee, 1/3 of the price goes to development projects in East Timor.
