This is a washed coffee from Parami, Ermera, East Timor. The coffee is harvested and processed by the small family cooperative of long-time volunteer and Konfiansa employee, Moises. His farm is in the background of the photo.

The berries grow at an altitude of 1500 – 1600 meters under very good growing conditions. All coffee from East Timor is organic.
