Lauana – honey 1 kg

Beskrivelse

Lauana is a village in Ermera, East Timor, and this coffee is honey-processed – a cross between berry-dried and washed coffee. Before the berry is dried, the pulp is removed, but a thin skin is left behind. This gives the bean a natural sweetness, while using less water than coffee that has been fully washed.

The coffee is imported in collaboration with the non-profit organization Raw Material. In Trondheim we work with Jacobsen & Svart to roast the coffee beans.
