Atsabe - wash

Description

This is a washed coffee from the Atsabe area in Ermera, East Timor. It is lightly burnt and has flavor notes of lime, milk chocolate and Brazil nuts. The coffee has a cup score of 85 – 87.

This coffee is imported in collaboration with the non-profit organization Raw Material. In Trondheim, we work with Jacobsen & Svart to roast the coffee beans. When you buy a pack of coffee, NOK 50 goes to development projects in East Timor.
