Description
This is a honey processed coffee grown in the village of Lauana, Ermera, East Timor. This coffee is medium roasted - a little darker than how we usually roast!
The coffee is imported in collaboration with the non-profit organization Raw Material. In Trondheim, we work with Jacobsen & Svart to roast the coffee beans. When you buy a pack of coffee, NOK 67 goes to development projects in East Timor.
