Red, ripe berries. In dense clusters. Some at face height, others several meters above the ground.

They grow wild, densely and on steep slopes.
John is in his mid-20s, but has been a coffee farmer for over 10 years.
However, the income from coffee is not enough to survive, which is why he also works as a carpenter.

But it's coffee that John would rather do.
In Hauraikik and two nearby neighborhoods, Konfiansa started a project in 2024.

Through the production of quality coffee, we will achieve our primary goal: better living conditions for small-scale farmers.
We want to show what fair trade actually is. The goal is to multiply the value that remains in the local community.
