Laclo – dried berries 1 kg
kr 350
Description
Laclo is a village in Ermera that has high mountains. The coffee is imported in collaboration with the non-profit organization Raw Material. After the ripe coffee berries have been picked, they are sorted by hand, where damaged berries are picked away, before they are dried in the sun for a month. Berry-dried coffee is often a little more complicated to make, but tends to have more complex flavors. Therefore, this coffee is also more expensive to buy.
In Trondheim we work with Jacobsen & Svart to roast the coffee beans. When you buy a pack of coffee, 60 NOK goes to development projects in East Timor.
