Espresso from East Timor is delicious! Produced by Konfiansa, roasted by Jacobsen & Svart.
Choose between coffee from one of our two microlots Parami and HauraikikBoth lots are produced at around 1500 – 1600 meters altitude, but on opposite sides of East Timor's highest mountain, Ramelau.
Parami has flavor notes of milk chocolate, walnut and lime, and is cupped at 84.
Hauraikik of tasting notes of golden raisin, pepper and pear, and is cupped at 83.
